2025-2026 Board of Director Applications: 2 Year Vacancy

ICAAR is looking to fill 1 position:

Director (remainder of a 2-year term)

Please note that serving on the Board of Directors is a long-term commitment: Director positions serve a 2-year commitment.

Requirements to Serve on the Board of Directors:

Attend monthly BoD meetings
Attend monthly meetings as a liason for your assigned committee
Attend of overnight Annual Leadership Retreat (Fall 2026)

Failure to maintain these standards will result in removal and replacement of your position from the board.

In addition to these requirements, board members are expected to participate in ICAAR classes and events, and NAR REALTOR programs such as RPAC, C2EX, and Fairhaven.

This vacant Director position will be appointed by the Board of Directors at their next meeting of the year, March 12th. The new Director will join all Board meetings beginning April 9th.

If you submitted a Board application previously, you will need to submit a new one.

Applications are due by Friday, March 6th at 5:00PM.
